Terms:
At GRID we guarantee that each wallet will function as intended for as long as you own it. The means expansion of the card sector, attachment of metal plates to the inner sections, and function of the money clips. Also included are the replacements of the elastic, money clip, and screws.
Our warranty does not cover cosmetics damage, wear and tear, scratches, any damages caused by accidents, abuse, neglect or improper use, lost or stolen items, unauthorized modifications.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Please read below:
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with warranty claims, including the shipment of replacement parts or products.
As a courtesy, GRID Wallet may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement parts, replacement products, or other accommodations beyond the terms of this Limited Warranty. These goodwill accommodations are voluntary and do not create any ongoing obligation or modify the terms of this Limited Warranty.
If a customer declines to pay the applicable shipping and handling charges required to process a warranty claim, GRID Wallet will have no obligation to ship replacement parts or products until such charges are paid. Refusal to pay required shipping charges does not expand the customer’s rights under this Limited Warranty, and GRID Wallet reserves the right to discontinue any discretionary goodwill accommodations.
